About the service
South Florida Roofing is operated by Pangea Up Media LLC ("PangeaUp"). It lets you describe a roofing project and may connect you with participating independent roofing contractors. PangeaUp is not a roofing contractor, does not perform, supervise or guarantee roofing work, and is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
No guarantee of availability, estimates or outcomes
- Submitting a request does not create an appointment.
- It does not guarantee that any contractor will contact you, provide an estimate, or take on the work.
- Contractor availability depends on your location, the project and contractor participation and capacity.
- We do not guarantee any price, savings, timeline or result.
Not an emergency service
This site is not an emergency dispatch service and does not guarantee a response within any time. If there is immediate danger to people or property, call 911.
Contractors
Contractors are independent businesses. Unless a specific statement on this site says otherwise, we do not represent that any contractor is licensed, insured or qualified for your project. You are responsible for choosing a contractor, and you should verify a contractor's license with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and request proof of insurance and written terms before hiring.
Insurance claims
PangeaUp does not provide insurance advice, does not adjust claims and does not offer anything of value in exchange for filing an insurance claim. Speak with your insurer or a licensed professional about coverage questions.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to act for, and don't submit requests on someone else's behalf without their permission. Don't misuse the site, attempt to access the admin area, or submit automated or fraudulent requests.
Content and photographs
Guidance on this site is general information, not professional advice for your specific roof. Photographs are illustrative unless labeled otherwise and do not show work performed by PangeaUp or a participating contractor. See Photo credits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PangeaUp is not liable for any work performed or not performed by a contractor, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
