The three separate choices on the form

1. Your roofing request (required to submit). Submitting asks PangeaUp to review your request and allows it to be shared with the participating contractor or contractors named on the form, who may contact you by phone or email about that request.
2. Text messages and automated calls (optional). A separate, unticked box. If you tick it, PangeaUp and the named contractors may contact you about your request by text message and by calls made using automated technology. It is not required to submit a request or to buy anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts.
3. Email updates (optional). A separate, unticked box for occasional roofing maintenance tips and seasonal reminders from South Florida Roofing. Unsubscribe at any time.

If you choose "text message" as your preferred contact method, the form asks you to tick the text-message box.

What we record

For each choice we record whether you agreed, the exact wording shown to you, its version (currently 2026-10-08.1), the contractors named at the time, the date and time, the page you were on and technical details of the submission. This lets us show what you agreed to, and to whom.

Stopping communications

• Reply STOP to any text message.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Tell the caller or the contractor you no longer want to be contacted.
